Windowx XP frozen at login - can't click

Hello,

My XP seemingly boots up properly and displays the login pages where i can select various configured accounts, however i'm unable to click on any of them. I can't even click on "Turn off computer".

When trying to boot in safe mode using command prompt, the last driver that tries to load is Mup.sys


Any ideas??
