Couldn't find ntldr on restart?

Hello,

when I restart my computer I get a message that says couldn't find ntdlr. try another disk.

Why am I getting this message?

Followed your advice . . . and the problem was resolved after inseting he windows CD and using the repair console to get the missing NTDLR file back to where it needed to be.
