Printer not recognized

I have a HP Photosmart C4380 wireless printer which worked fine with my Netgear wireless router until my recent purchase of a new Netgear wireless router. My printer no longer prints. I get an error message. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the software several times but the printer is not being recognized and I can not complete set up.

You will need to connect the printer with a cable (USB?) and then install the software. You should then be able to install the printer software. You will need to tell the printer the SSID and security key for the new router before it will connect wirelessly.
