Dual Monitor Screen Off-Center

I'm running Window 7. Just hooked up my SAMSUNG LCD HDTV to my computer. Everything is working pretty well except on the 2nd monitor (the TV) the screen is shifted to the right. There is a black bar on the left and it cuts off on the right. I've tried adjusting the screen settings and have gone through the setting on the TV. I have gotten no where.

Any help would be great. :]
