Urgent - stuck on update screen

Hello,

My computor needed to install updates but when it has restarted to complete the installation, it has frozen on the update screen, where it says updating 1 of 3 updates 0% progress...I have tried restarting, turning off the computor and using Ctrl+Alt+Del but nothing is working. It will not move from the update screen.

Please help.

Dear Claire,

Please unplug the power supply cable and then turn it on and confirm whether the OS that you are using is genuine.
