Note book cant turn on

Hello,

I have a note book xp when i turn on i get.windows fail to start.ARECENTVHARDWARE OR SOFTWARE CHANGE MIGHT BE THE CAUSE.JOHN

Reinstall your notebook might be there is any corruption occurred.
