Configure outlook to get hotmail emails

Hello,
I have outlook, NOT express and I have an hotmail live email i.e @live.co.uk i want to setup in outlook to retreive my emails from hotmail account.

Firstly which do i select pop3 or http, some helps say pop3 and other say http i not sure now.

i have entered setting as suggested but when i retreive it fails on testing send email and outgoing

can someone please helpme on how configure outlook to retreive hotmail live emails
