Pictures from phone to computer

Hello,
im tryng to transfer pics from my phone to my computer, Ive tried usb cable and the computer or phone doesnt even acknowledge the connection, ive tried to download a bluetooth pack and even tried to send an email my computer but the phone says DNS error (what is that). i would appreciate any help or advice given,

Hi there,

With usb cable you need to install first pc suite for the mobile phone on it,then connect ,by Bluetooth both devices must be having Bluetooth and most easy and faster is to remove memory card from mobile then connect to usb card reader or integrated card reader on system.
