Windows Live ID Recovery password

Hello Sir/Madam,

As per your instruction that https://support.live.com/default.aspx click on "Windows Live ID" into the list , click on "Why can't I sign in? ", click on "Get more help" (to right bottom) then click on "Get support"


Here if I click on "Windows Live ID" then I can't see the option of "Why Can't I sign in"? also get more help.

Could you please let me know details on that??
