Computer screen does not come on

Hello,
I installed some new ram to my computer and when i tried to turn the computer on there was three long beeps and the screen did not come on. Also the light next to the power button is not on. So i disconnected both my ram and blew them out and only put the origional one back in and nothing changed. HELP
