Bluetooth

Hello, i have my acer aspire notbook when i open bluetooth and want to recev file it receving only small file if i want to send some big file like a song from mobile to pc i want to sent it saying sending fail and it msjing that windows was unable to transfer somefiles the transfer was cancelled by the bluetooth device or bluetoth enabled computre.

so can u tell me how i can solve this problem
