Msn from Nigeria to Italy

Hello,


using MTN line, why can't send a message from Nigeria to Italy while calling and receiving message is not a problem.. what is the problem? any other thing need to set or whatever. please advise. thank you and best regards.

Dear Bernie,

This is actually possible. There might be a problem on the application. Please consider removing it and reinstalling it to have the task possible.

hello sir, sorry to say, the problem still exist. tried several ways of what causing the problem but still the same. so strange... is the sim card faulty.. or have damaged of sending.
