Hello,

My computer is showing black screen after turning it on. My hard drive works fine when I took it out connected to another computer via a USB cable, so that I could retrieve all the data from that hard drive.
Would it be a boot up porblem or problem in the video card? Could you please give me some suggestions.

My computer has Windows 7 operating system.

Hi there,

It can be either the screen itself or the graphic card,please check cab;e connections and remove the graphic card and clean the copper plated surface by some alcohol or using an eraser then reseat back in respective slot.

try this 1

Remove your RAM and place it back properly or in another slot. If the problem still

exists then check your graphic card.
