Calculating percentage

Hello,
This is not working. I am sorry that I cant explain it right.
I have numbers entered on C8, C9, C10......................(It doesn't have maximum range).
I want to get 10% of C8, C9, C10...... goes on to D8, D9, D10.........

You dont have to start new thread for same question. Since you say you are unable to explain, Could you please upload a sample file with sample data etc on some shared site like https://authentification.site , http://docs.google.com, http://wikisend.com/ , http://www.editgrid.com etc and post back here the link to allow better understanding of how it is now and how you foresee. Based on the sample book, could you re-explain your problem too
