Dell D620 system, administator password

I have had this lap top for years and the hard drive stoped working. I bought a new one and when I turned it on to load ther OS that came with it it asks me for a System / Administator pass word. I dont have a clue. It give me a # CGCHXB1-595B. PLEASE can any one help. Do I have to take it in or is this something that one of you computer masters can help[ me with. Please help. THANKS in advance.
