Nokia N97 wont play my videos

Hello, Can anyone help me please, I have sent videos from my Laptop (an Acer) to my Nokia N97 in mp4 format by bluetooth but the video goes into
my message inbox and will not let me open it to save it. just says format not supported. i have been told that i need to transfer the videos by usb. but as i am a complete novice i don't know how to do this either.
Thank you so much in advance if you can help,

Hi there,

You send by Bluetooth or other means it will not make any difference as if the format is not supported it will never be played,have converter for media on link below:

convert video in mp4 format with an other converting software.
I hd same problem but nw everything is ok.
