Hello,
i tried to download stuff like bittorrent on google chrome stable version. I ran it as administrator but it always says, "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." what should i do.
please answer back as quick as possible,

This is what i had to do... go to the internet explorer symbol...right click it and it should say "run as administrator"...clike that and you will be able to download stuff
