Hi neha,
I will try my best to solve your problem.
Solution 1:
If you are not able to use your keyboard or mouse, then try using the Avira Rescue system, just click on this link
http://dlpro.antivir.com/package/rescue_system/common/en/rescue_system-common-en.iso
download that iso file--->burn it to cd--->place it in the drive--->put first boot device as CD--->boot from it
Once you've booted up your computer with Avira Rescue System, you can find
the options asking you either boot from hard drive or AntiVir Rescue System.
Press corresponding number on your keyboard to boot into AntiVir Rescue
System--->then follow the instructions--->when main menu appears click on
scan-->then follow the instructions. ( you can change the language option
that can be found at the bottom left side, just click on the buttons.)
Solution 2:
You can try system restore if you are not having problem in past. Then download malware's anti-malware application and perform full scan.
or
Solution 3:
1)Go to safe mode with networking.
2)Disable system restore.
3)Delete all the cookies--->just right click on the internet explorer icon --->in
genereal tab you can find the option for deleting the cookies.
4)click on start--->run--->type prefetch--->click on OK--->delete all the files.
click on start--->run--->type %tmp%--->click on OK--->delete the files.
click on start--->run--->type temp--->click on OK--->delete all the files.
5)Check in your add/remove if pornhub is installed
6)(i) Click on start-->run-->type msconfig--->click on OK--->System Configuration
Utility will be opened--->Then click on startup tab
(ii) In startup item column uncheck the mischievous file in that window. click
OK and restart your PC.
7)Dowload malware's anti-malware application, just click on this link
http://software-files-l.cnet.com/s/software/11/37/59/88/mbam-setup-1.46.exe?e=1277142008&h=ea08a5c554c2f5830ba2c740c0b4e1aa&lop=link&ptype=1901&ontid=8022&siteId=4&edId=3&spi=8978560dc98cf31415c9da2a78512cf2&pid=11375988&psid=10804572&fileName=mbam-setup-1.46.exe
update it--->then run Full scan.

you can also hit shift 5 times if you cant get to the internet to download the file that way too. but instead download SpyBot search & destroy. and give that a scan.
https://ccm.net/download/s/spybot
and download malwarebytes from
https://ccm.net/download/s/malwarebytes
rename it to kioskea.exe just incase it will not remove it to be safe
but i'm not sure if it's a Trojan and self protective.

Hello Gervarod,
How are you today? I believe in this instance that Jack4all has the answer for the user has No click event or keyboard function working, that must be solved first before being able to download and run anything.
My best regards to you and "her".
