Ipod not working on windows vista or itunes

Hello,


I have the ipod nano (5th generation) and when i plug it in its not showing up on itunes or windows. my ipod lights up, but doesnt charge. helllllllllllpppppppppppppp!!!!

Dear Carley,

The problem might be coming from its USB port and hence try updating its drive in the Device Manager and have it connected.
