Hello,
This virus first started when I opened this one website (I don't remember what it was because I was randomly researching stuff). The website was blank besides the fact it said intializing in the middle and a green circle. It then closed and opened my library and started loading stuff, it had a green bar. Windows popped up saying if I don't close out of it my computer will crash. So I did that. I immediately restarted my computer then I ran avira (my antivirus) and did a scan. Nothing came up it was like my computer was perfectly fine, but I saw that internet ran slower than usual. I waited two days hoping that time would make it better, but I guess things don't work that way. I was on one of the sites I go on a lot then a window popped up saying I have a virus. Like the idiot that I was I clicked the ok and the window popped up with the stupid green bar. So if you know anything about how to get rid of it please let me know.
Thanks

try this 1,

Download Malware's Antimalware, just click on this link.

http://software-files-l.cnet.com/s/software/11/37/59/88/mbam-setup-1.46.exe?e=1277338143&h=80738decbfc9d07e2c570a4b38ea86bc&lop=link&ptype=1901&ontid=8022&siteId=4&edId=3&spi=b2f40a223230b23d4b8fe3f5bcd82995&pid=11375988&psid=10804572&fileName=mbam-setup-1.46.exe

Install it ---> then update it---> perform "Full Scan". ( note: Default is flash scan)

Hello Rosaila,

Please beware, if you are right and it is a rogue Trojan Horse, Malwarebyte alone will not completely remove it. Should it reappear, you are welcome to post another message, however, please specify that it is a rogue virus as well as the symptoms your system is showing.

I am glad, and I am sure that Jack4all and Anjana are also happy that the problem is solved, hopefully permanently. (Here at Kioskea we have the top teams)

Best regards
