hi,
try this 1,
1) Check your connections from the manual.
2) Click on start-->run--->type MMSYS.CPL and click on OK---> Sound and Audio
Devices Properties window will be opened.
3) In "Speaker Settings" section Click on "Advanced" button --->select 5.1 surround sound speakers from the drop down menu--->click on OK-->OK.
