ITunes store won't connect

Well I recently upgraded to the newest (9 I think) iTunes and ever since it, every time i try and go to the Store it has a message that says "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes store. The network connection timed out." I have searched on Apple's website, emailed them, and looked all over google for a solution and i've tried everything yet nothing has worked. Pleaseeeee help?
