Problem regarding bluetooth, inspiron 1525; windows 7

Hello,
I have dell inspiron 1525, i installed da software in windows 7 bt the icon is not seen at tray. Jst it can be seen at uninstall of control panel. And it is totaly inactive.

So wil u pls help me to solve this out.
