Opening Outlook Attachements & receive email

Hello,

We are facing a big problem opening file attachement from Microsoft outlook while downloading emails from pop server (webemail). Microsoft word freez for a while and emails downloading will be stopped until file will be opened.

Taking into consideration the following:
1 - Internet Connection is fast
2 - Antivirus stopped or activated same results
