Hello,

I have an aspire5720Z and I desperately need to restore it to factory settings when I bought the computer 2 years ago I bought with it restoring disccs and have tried to use these but just get some seemingly unrelated messages I have tried contacting Acer but after being passed from number to number at 50p per minute still got no assistance I must admit at this stage I am still a comparative beginner at this computing game and would really be most grateful fo any help
