Macro to copy specific column data

Trust that you're well. I require code that would enable me to copy data from a column with a specific name and paste that column data into another sheet.

For example:

The sheet called "Data" has a column heading called "Acc_Num". I need a macro that identifies that column heading "Acc_Num" then copies all of the data under that column heading into another sheet called "Restructures", pasting that data into first column called "Acc_Num"
