Problem in starting pc

Hello


I have some prblem about my pc. When my computer starts it give very noisly sound
and says me that press f1. I dont want that. And i want also ask to you that how can i put my personal music when windows start. And when i start my pc in safe mode its restart. What i do?

I have problem too much. Pls give me answer

Hi there,

Check you bios settings,else load default settings save and exit,now check the fan of power supply,if this making noise then change it else check the wires or on cooler fan as this also creates noise .
