Hello,
sir,

my screen turn dim for no particular reason but if look closer you can see desktop image. in my own opinion i think its the backlight of the laptop. i dont know what is the causes of this problem??can you help me or can you give me some advise to solve my problem??what will i do?

Hi there,

Press on the battery option on taskbar and personalize it.
