how can i connect my mobile to the computer? Closed

Hello, i want to transfer some of my data  from my mobile to my computer. at first it works, but i keep surfing on it and the next time i tried to connect it i failed, the display i've seen in my mobile is NO RESPONSE FROM HOST. can you help me how to do it? i wish to transfer photos and music from my mobile to my computer.




Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

This task should normally be undertaken through the use of the mobile phone's PC Suite. Please indicate whether you have its PC Suite installed so that we get to see into the matter correctly.
