MMS for Blackberry storm 2 working on AT&T Closed

Hello, i have a blackberry storm2 9550, but I have AT&T I can't send after composing or receive, Any one have any ideas ?  i tried several things.

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0

it needs to be configured,contact your sim network provider for the free manual settings for the servce.

Thanks for the suggestion of configuration, I tried several time prior to posting to get AT&T help wuith the service record being sent.
