Help with my acer aspire 5720Z webcam

hello, i have a acer aspire 5720Z and i recently sent my computer away to get it fixed and when it was returned i couldn't get my webcam to work. i see that it is still working properly because when i go into devices and printers it shows it there and says it is working properly. can anyone please help me figure this out?

Hi there,

Please explain what you mean by not working?is the driver installed for it and having its shortcut on desktop for starting it?
