Increase gprs speed

Hello,
Sir i use airtel prepaid mobile connection and it provide me 115.2kbps speed for internet using,
but sir problem is that when try to download anything it give me only 1.1 or maximum 4.5 kbps speed so sir i want that please give me suggestion that how i can solve this problem.

Hi there,

on mobile phones download speed cannot be increased,for conformation please contact service provider.
