Hello, i have hp desktop in my house.when i call from my laptop by skype to skype,what other person telling i dont hear them but they hear me.some time i can hear very very low.i check that desktop throug teamviewer normaly sound setting is ok.if they loud speak little i can hear.i dont know why this happen.please advice me.

Hi,
First check the mic volume controller in skype and in laptop.
Tell the other end person not to place the mic far from the mouth.
