Hello,

I am trying to create a formular in excell and i dont ave a clue what im doing

i have a spreadsheet with candidate information on row by row. i want to creat a cell on the tyop of the sheet that if i typed in 'general labourer' it would search trhough colum f,g and h and bring up all the relevant candiates details of who are looking for a general labouring job.

does that make sense

Please help me

Could you please upload a sample EXCEL file WITH sample data, macro, formula , conditional formatting etc on some shared site like https://authentification.site , http://docs.google.com, http://wikisend.com/ , http://www.editgrid.com etc and post back here the link to allow better understanding of how it is now and how you foresee. Based on the sample book, could you re-explain your problem too
