Call of duty 6

Hello, when i first bought call of duty modern warfare 2 i had a problem with finding matches. Like everytime i tried to find a game it took for ever. I sold the game back to gamestop an now i want to buy it again. Im just worried if i bought it again will it do the same thing. So if anyone knows if they fixed the problem please tell me. thanks
