Virus or spyware problem

Hello,

I have no anti virus software on my computer. I do have super anti spyware free edition. Something got into my computer called avsoft anti virus that wont let me do anything on my computer. Whatever i click on it says cannot open file infected. it is making me very angry can someone help.
