Latitude D610 will not power on

Hello,

My Latitude D 610 just won't power on. its completely dead. The last day it was working on battery, but with the AC Adapter plugged in, it was not charging it. The battery got completely drained out and the laptop since then would show no signs of power in it.

I tried removing the battery and switching it on directly using the AC Adapter, but it still won't start up.

I tried with a new AC adapter, it would still not power on! There are no lights which turn on, no beep sounds or any sign of life in it!

Please help!
