Gfive audio players problem Closed

Hello, 

I bought a new gfive w520 mobile. Its audio player is not working. when i open the audio player it flashes and dims. It comes to the normal state. Every time i open it , it does like this. I even restarted it but its not yet working. plz solve this problem

Hi there,

Try resetting the mobile to factory settings,if by doing this then you need to have it flashed and install the platform again,this is done by professionals and experts only.
