Forgot everything =/ please help

Hi everyone ....

well i was gone for about 2 months and now i can't figure out my email password. i don't remember what region i put and i have no idea what my answer to my secret question is. it's very disappointing and i have tons of things on there that i would really like to keep. does anyone have any idea ? please help if you can. i will surely appreciate it very much. so if any assitance, please help.

well without the email password you wont be able to do anything buddy. if you could hack your email then anyone else could do that
