Autorestart after shutdown

Hello,
my hp laptop automatically restarts after shutdown.
pls any help and suggestion to overcome auto restart after shutdown.

Dear Lav,

Please consider repairing your system to have the problem solved and also check whether the reset button is not stuck down.
