Acer Desktop Power Button Not Working

When i push the power button to turn on my Acer desktop the pc will not boot up until i unplug it and plug it back in. Then i get the F1 option to boot it up. Any ideas why?

Hello, I need help. My acer laptop won't boot up. I tried to reset it (Hold power button for 30 sec without the battery and no power) for hours. It still won't turn on.

When its plugged in, the battery LED turns on. I press the ON button, the num lock light blinks once and the CD/DVD drive lights up and the fan starts... however, I hear a clicking sound.

Could you help me find out whats wrong with it?

I turned my computer on one day after a few months of non usage and it came on to the logg in screen perfectly. Then I realised I hadnt plugged the keyboard or the mouse in, so I turned it off an plugged them in. It turned on and went to the acer screen and says press f12 to the setup page. So I waited for it to go on but it stayed there for hours. So I thought then ill press f12 but the keyboard wasnt working. There isn't anything wrong with the keyboard its just sometimes my computer dosent like it. I tried using many diffrent ways but nothing seems to work. I took everything out and just left the main and the screen in and it worked perfectly its only if the keyboard...

my desktop computer will not power up. I am not sure what to do. I took it to best buy and the technician opened the case and checked the power supply and it checked out fine. he powered it up and it was fine. I asked them to do a diagnostic test and left it with them. after a week I stopped by to pick up the pc. however, when I went to pick it up they said they were unable to complete the test because it would not would not power up. the technician (who helped me the last time) was able to power it up on the spot and was not clear why the other technician was unable to start it. he gave me my money back on the diagnostic test and told me to take it home b/c it was fine and sho...

I have been having problems recently with my Acer Aspire E 15. Since my sister brought my laptop to a friend's house, my laptop won't connect to our home wifi. I have tried a lot from resetting the router to resetting the wireless adapter and basically all that I can see on google. Whenever I try to connect to our home wifi, it always says "Unidentified Network. No internet access" even though the wifi symbol has excellent signal connection. I am contemplating on bringing my laptop to the store since it is still under warranty but I can't because I need my laptop for school.
