ControlPanel missing in my PC

Hello,
my computer got infected with some virus due to which control panel disappeared and my files are getting duplicated.when iam trying to access control panel from cmd prompt it's diplaying a message
"This operation has been cancelled due to restriction in effect on this computer.Please contact your system administrator".

Dear Akshaya,

Your post lacks information. It could be a restriction from the administrator or also a simple virus that you should removed. Yet please get through the following to see whether the problem gets solved.
