C-tel c199 gprs settings

Hello,


i purchased c-tel c199 model from Big -C Mobiles, Hyderabad. i cant able to use of TTS (text - to - speech) & i cant able to use internet in my mobile. i have received service setting in my mobile & active but am unable to use internet in my mobile. please give a solution.
