Hello,
Try this 1.
When Log On window appears, enter username as administrator
In "Log on to" you can find two options 1) Domain name 2) Local computer name.
So select the other option which is not a domain name and click on OK.
If you are not able to log on then clear the local administrator password.
Just click on the below link and follow the instructions.

After clearing the password, try once again enter username as administrator and
selecting the local computer name and clicking on OK.
Note : If you not sure which one is the domain name then just try the above
method by selecting the 1st option and then 2nd. Most of the cases if its in
domain, then the names that is being displayed in the logon will be the domain
name. So select the other option.
After successful login, remove the computer from domain.
Click on Start ---> Run ---> type sysdm.cpl and click on OK.
Click on "Computer Name" tab --> Click on "Change" button --> Select
"Workgroup" option --> Enter Workgroup name ---> Click on OK ---> OK.
