i have a problem with my pc . every it starts with twice booting i dont know how. now i am asking that is it the fault of os or others hardware. constantly rebooting may cause harm for motherboard? please help me

hello,
yes constant rebooting may cause damage to the motherboard and windows sp3 has with it some errors and yes maybe the problem is the operating system just try to roll back to sp 2 and see if this problem persists
