Problem of computer restart

Hello,





I have a problem that when the computer struck ,suddenly restart my computer and after restart system not booting..i format he computer and installed new windows xp service pack 2..but i count not solve the problem..so please help me to solve this problem

Please check whether there has not been any hardware that has been disconnected in the CPU causing this specific problem.
