I have re-installed Windows XP onto my Dell Vostro 1000 andf I have spent countless hours trying to figure out why I cannot hook up to the internet. Apparently my device manager shows the scary yellow question marks for all subcategories under Other Devices"
How do I download this driver/card onto my laptop when I do not have a connection?
I have a westell modem and a Linksys router connected to home PC right now.
I contacted my ISP provider many times and they are no help and do not speak english. Last week they had me type ncpa.cpl in the Run box and he said I needed a card?
Tried Dell support but my warranty is up...
PLEASE I am about to trash this laptop! Thank you to ANYONE that can assist me!
