I got sony vaio pcv-rs502 model intel pentium 3.0ghz, 2gb of ram, 128mb radeon graphics card, windows xp home. dont know the motherboard.

Which fastest mb graphics card can i upgrade to? which graphics card can i upgrade to?

I ordered this graphics card - 512Mb ATi Radeon X1650 AGP VGA Card.

this computer uses the old AGP video interface. the fastest AGP cards contain the Radeon 3850 chips. But, that board might need more power than you PC has. A better upgrade would be a board based on the Radeon 2600 GT chips. Such a board would cost about $99 US.
I dont mean the fastest in general.

I meant the fastest graphics card my pc can handle. also how much mb graphics card can my pc handle like 256mb, 512mb or 1gb etc.
