With Yahoo open press ctrl+shift+p to open preferences.
Click Calling and devices on your left.
Make sure under Microphone (mic) it has the right option, you can check any other options if you're not sure in the drop down box to see if you find one that works. Remember to hit apply when you are done, then hit ok.
