Hello,
I have an HP atom and it's stuck in a recovery loop. I've tried just about everything for it, and reset the BIOS in my computer as well. Everytime I pick one of the options, whether it's safe mode or start up normally, I then go to the HP blue screen and my computer goes back to the black screen again. I ran a test in BIOS to find out what was wrong, and it says that the hard disk 1 failed, but I don't exactly know what that means or how to fix it. Any help you guys can give would be great! Thanks!

If the hard disk has failed then you need to remove it, buy a new one, install it and reinstall Windows. If that is beyond your computer knowledge then you will need a repair shop.

Good Luck
